Jin San Group is an integrated, multi-disciplinary conglomerate based in Sarawak, Malaysia. Our commercial activities and entities encompassed under these Terms include:

  • Jin San Concrete Sdn. Bhd.: Manufacture and supply of ready-mixed concrete, batching plant operations (Bintangor, Selidap, Sarikei, Simunjan / Sedilu-Gedong), technical mix design, quality testing, and compliance.
  • Jin San Precast Concrete Products Sdn. Bhd.: Manufacture and distribution of reinforced concrete (RC) square piles, RC pipe culverts, PC road kerbs, cement bricks, red bricks, BRC, BMC, quarry products, and bespoke precast elements.
  • Jin San Realty Sdn. Bhd.: Residential, commercial, and industrial property development, investment, leasing, and property management across Sarawak.
  • Jin San Logistics & Machinery Fleet: Transport logistics, delivery fleet management, and rental of heavy machineries including mobile cranes (25MT & 35MT), lorry cargo cranes, low loader trailers, dump trucks, excavators, bulldozers, piling rigs, and compact rollers.
  • Food & Beverage (F&B) Division: Operations of culinary brands including Jin San F&B Sdn. Bhd., Drintek Sdn. Bhd., Coffee In A Box, Coffee Box Express, Queen Kopitiam, Queen Two Kopitiam, and Brother’s Bakery.
  • Hospitality & Petroleum Division: Accommodations and lodging services at Queen Inn Hotel, and retail petroleum, fuel distribution, and convenience mart operations at Petron Tulai.

3.3 Formal Contracts

A legally binding contract for the supply of ready-mixed concrete, precast products, building materials, machinery rental, real estate transactions, or corporate hospitality services will arise only upon the formal execution and mutual signing of a written Quotation Acceptance, Purchase Order (PO), Supply Contract, Rental Agreement, or Tenancy Agreement issued by the authorized corporate officers of the respective Jin San Group operating entity.
